Ten Aphrodisiacs to improve your sex life

“SEX IS JUST AS ANCIENT A DESIRE AS HUNGER.”

“SEX IS JUST AS ANCIENT A DESIRE AS HUNGER.”
When we eat, we use most of our senses including taste, smell, sight, smell and touch. During sex all these senses are just as important for us. Whether we eat together or have sex together, we can enhance the effect and maximise our pleasure by tapping into our amazing range of bodily senses.

With that in mind, let’s look at ten great aphrodisiacs to improve our sex life.

1. Ginko biloba

This gives a powerful energy boost because it stimulates blood vessels in the genital area. It also improves blood and oxygen supply to the brain, so it has the added advantage of stimulating your sexual fantasies. Gingo biloba is considered by some to be a natural Viagra.

When the nuclear bomb was dropped in 1945 on Hiroshima, everything was killed, but the ginko biloba tree was the only thing that grew back. The Japanese call it the “bearer of hope” and considered it a sign of new life, a sign that life would continue on.

2. Chocolate

The most influential love compound in chocolate is PEA, phenethylamine. This chemical stimulates the nervous system and triggers the release of pleasurable opium-like compounds known as endorphins. PEA also promotes the activity of dopamine, which is directly associated with sexual arousal and pleasure. It also acts as a strong antidepressant. The giddy feelings that we experience when we are in love, are due to a great extent to PEA, which significantly increases in the brain during sex and when we achieve orgasm.

3. Truffles

Truffles contain a substances called androsteron which closely resemble the male sex hormone testosterone. Their musky scent replicates the scent of the male pheromone or scented sex hormones. Napoleon was known to regularly eat truffles to increase his masculine potency but his most famous words were “Not tonight Josephine” so maybe they were not working that well for him 😊

Truffles are rumoured to work better for pigs and reindeers. In Hungarian the word “truffle” translates as “Szarvasgomba” which literally means deer (szarvas) fungus (gomga). After finding and eating this rare delicacy during the mating season, reindeers can be seen and heard down in the forest going crazy for a female partner. So if you can afford or find a plate of truffles for dinner, make sure to have sex for dessert and let me know how you get on 😊

4. Ginger

Ginger helps in pelvis circulation which results in a better blood supply to the genital organs. It also acts as an effective antidepressants.

I have heard about (but never experienced) a sexual practice called figging. In simple terms this refers to the act of inserting something (often ginger) into the body, typically into the anus, vagina or the urethra. This causes a stinging and/or burning sensation for sexual pleasure and arousal. The ginger root can be skinned and may also be carved into the shape of a butt plug.

Inserting ginger into a healthy anus for even quite lengthy periods should cause no physical damage…Apart from, or together with, figging, ginger pieces or juice from crushed ginger can be inserted in the vagina or applied to the clitoris or male genitals. Care should be taken here, especially with juice, as the genitals are a very sensitive area

5. Saffron

Saffron essence is known to enhances the sexual desire of men and provide long lasting orgasms. It has also been documented that probably the most famous Egyptian queen of all, Cleopatra, used saffron-infused baths to increase sexual pleasure (a quarter of a cup of saffron in the bath). The Romans even packed pillows with saffron, and their orgies are still talked about today. So my advice is to stock up on saffron essence and don’t be afraid to experiment with it in the bath, in the kitchen or in the bed.

6. Celery

Celery contain androsterone, a naturally occurring steroid found in human sweat and urine and in boar saliva. Androsterone acts as a pheromone or scented sex hormone that makes males that exude it more attractive to females. (It’s also the whiff of androsterone that attracts pigs to buried truffles.)

So remember boys, don’t rush off after sex and take a shower !!! We love to be in your homone cloud as we lie in your arms

7. Pineapple

Pineapple contain bromelan, which stimulates you naturally , but also has another unexpected attraction to us girls. It turns your SPERM really sweet and tasty. Your girlfriend will love you for that. If you want to add sweet tasting sperm to your list of physical attractions you should start the day before with a plate of delicious pineapples.

I have personal experience of this and can highly recommend it. I love that sweet pineapple taste during sex.

8. Basil

Basil’s aphrodisiac properties combine folklore and physiology. Italians call Basil “Kiss me Nicholas”. It’s widely believed that the scent of basil naturally increases sexual desire in men. Basil oil has even been used as perfume by prostitutes looking to attract more business. Rubbing a little basil behind the ears or neck could bring out the best in you and could make the difference.

What goes on inside your body is a little different. Basil has a very warming effect, promoting circulation in all the right regions. It is rich in essential oils, it gives health, fertility, joy, fun and love in your sex -life. If you have any left over its recommended in most cooking, for settling the stomach, for coughs and colds, it has antibiotic properties, works against stings and bites, ear infections, regulate blood sugar and reduce stress.

So basil is definitely worth a try 😊

9. Champagne and wine

Champagne and wine relaxes your inhibition, stimulate your senses and heightens your sexual feelings. But please drink with moderation because too much alcohol makes you sleepy and weakens your ability to get and maintain an erection.

10. Oysters

These mouthwatering mollusks are the classic aphrodisiac. And, there’s research to support it: raw oysters are very high in zinc, which raises sperm and testosterone production, thus increasing libido. Like some fish, oysters contain omega-3 fatty acids, considered to increase one’s overall well-being and even fight depression. They are also a source of dopamine. No wonder Casanova ate 50 raw oysters every day.

Absolutely my favorite

I love to have a combination of oysters & Champagne with my beautiful partner and lots of sex and lovemaking. What more could anyone ask for? 😊

Love as always
